Sample cohort schedule

From Day 1 to Demo Day.

Here’s what the two-week Forge experience looks like: roughly 15–20 hours total, anchored by three live sessions.

WhenFormatWhat Happens
Day 1
Live sessionHalf day, with breaks

Build Workshop. Students learn how AI agents work, see examples across industries, and build a working AI agent step by step. Every student leaves with an agent that answers questions from a knowledge base, captures leads, and notifies the business owner.

Week 1
Self-paced~1–2 hrs/day

Students choose a real business (we recommend one they already know, like a tutor, gym, or local shop) and customize and improve their AI agent throughout the week. Students who want an additional challenge can add integrations.

End of Week 1
Live session~2–3 hrs

Entrepreneurship & Pitch Workshop. Students learn how to pitch their AI solution by communicating business value rather than features, create a professional two-minute demo video, use AI to develop a personalized outreach strategy, and prepare to present confidently at Demo Day.

Week 2
Self-pacedUnder an hour a day

Students record their demo video, pitch their AI agent to real businesses, and rehearse their Demo Day presentation.

Final Day
Live session~2 hrs

Demo Day. Students present the problem they solved, demonstrate their AI agent, and answer questions from parents and a guest judge.
